Coconut Chia Pudding

Rich coconut flavour meets chia's superfood goodness

Ingredients


  • 1 Tin Coconut Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Large Mango cut into small bit

Preparation


  • Mix the Coconut Cream and Chia Seeds together by hand
  • Mix in the cut mango or any other fruit of your choice
  • Leave in the fridge overnight. The mixture will firm

Notes


  • Quick and easy. Only takes a few minutes to prepare
  • Makes about 2 portions
  • Can swap the type of fruit for different tastes. Strawberries also work well
