Beans on Toast

Ingredients


  • 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 Tomato Past Sachets
  • 1 Tin Black Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Stock
  • 1 Teaspoon Oil

Preparation


  • Put all ingredients in a pot and bring to boil. Stir every now and again
  • Cook until sauce is thickish
  • After cooked, put aside to cool and spoon a little of the mixture onto a slice of toast

Notes


  • Takes about 10 minutes to prepare
  • Makes about 6 portions
  • Delicious on Ciabatta
  • Freezes well
